CELEBRATING 40 YEARS - a rich legacy of our Chemical Engineering program

The Chemical Engineering programme in MTU is celebrating 40 years of producing Chemical Engineering graduates from 1983 to 2023.  Since our inception in 1979, we have remained dedicated to providing a premier honours degree programme in Chemical Engineering and education. Nearly 900 talented individuals have successfully graduated from the degree program since 1983 with these graduates making significant impact in various industries nationally and internationally.

We are marking this occasion by hosting a large class reunion on the 8^th March 2024 with 300 attendees confirmed to  join us in this celebration. It will be a time to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate the achievements of our esteemed alumni.
