This programme has been developed for individuals seeking employment in the Aftersales administration area OR those already working in the area wishing to up-skill and gain the relevant qualifications in an evolving technological Automotive industry. It is a growing and evolving area, with the computerized administration/sales/scheduling/accounting and marketing of the Automobile industry.

This course aims to address the shortfall in the Automotive Digital, Management, finance & IT Communications field. There is currently a high demand and it is expected that this will continue into the future. The proposed Micro award will encourage unqualified employees in the sector to engage in formal expert learning. There is a substantial resource lack in this skill set in the Munster region and further afield.
